Alisha Lage grew up on a dairy farm in northwestern Minnesota with her sister, Jennifer. Third of five children, she loves country living and everything that goes along with it. Now as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, she brings the simplicity of healing through natural ways to her clients. Alisha initially started on the health journey as a passion to help her own family and along the way, discovered healing for herself as well. She acquired her first certification through Trinity School of Natural Health’s bioenergetic program for Zyto. Alisha has since earned her CNHP and has moved on to Qest4 Bio Energetics. She will continue on her learning journey, and has special interests hormonal health, nutrition, weight loss, MTHFR, and ADHD. Alisha loves working with clients of all ages, especially children. When not working, Alisha is devoted to her husband of more than 20 years and their 7 children, daughter-in-law and their two grandchildren.

Jennifer Thoreson along with her sister Alisha are the owners and founders of Northstar Natural Health LLC. Jennifer is a certified Master Herbalist, Lyme Specialist, and Natural Health Professional. She is also certified with Qest4 in bio energetic testing. Sharing her love of plants and herbs with others and teaching them how to use herbs medicinally is a joy and passion. Having overcome Lyme disease through herbal and bio energetic interventions herself, her desire is to help others suffering from Lyme find hope and relief. Jennifer and her husband Mike have one beautiful daughter named Lily. Lily is their purpose and inspiration. Lily has overcome a multitude of illnesses and special needs (Autism, ADHD, MTHFR) and fuels even greater purpose in Jennifer’s study of natural health modalities. Sewing, baking, painting, and gardening are some of Jennifer’s other multitudes of passions. She, along with her husband, are also EMTs with Mayville EMS.
